sometimes you take in- sometimes you let out… must be a time to take in!
jerjoni wins again. Reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance is reminding me of a lot of those things. You gotta soak stuff up before you can process it and create from it. I still love the picture of your puppy.
Being busy living is what life is all about girlfriend! Thanks for dropping by my site & for your comments. Have a wonderful day =^..^=

making me smile here…keep on living
When you’re not writing to us for too long I start to worry! I’m glad to hear from you, and that you’re living -:) Big *hugs* to you, you silly-
Oh the renos, well, one woman just did minor cosmetic fix-ups, whatever she could afford that would ‘look’ the best – mostly bathrooms & kitchens, cleaning up the yard, that sort of thing – and kept buying and selling upwardly until she had enough to buy a condo in a wealthy area outright and then she got married and her hubby paid utilities & management fees. Sigh.
The other one was more of a general contractor and would buy and live in dumps and then get them totally renovated, usually downtown, adding a basement apartment, and make a good profit of a few hundred thousand.
Oh, and my very favourite psychic/witch, Deborah Levin, voted the best psychic in Toronto one year by a newspaper, bought her first house with $1200. down- insane, but she got it. A tiny, run down house that she and her musician boyfriend renovated, and sold, and kept moving up, buying old run down houses, fully renovating themselves, until they bought a fully renovated house in 2003 for over half a million because she was tired of living in renovation city. She also makes a good living as a psychic and not only spends wacks on antiques but manages to keep her RRSPs full and her investments paying dividends.
Too bad she was so wrong about me moving out here. I love that woman. I met her when she ran a small store on the second floor on Queen Street in TO called, “Maiden Mother Crone.” She sold Goddess stuff. Her psychic readings back then were either free or maybe 20 bucks and were awesomely accurate.
Why am I writing a post here instead of at my site? It’s you, Pru. You leave these comments, sometimes little questions, sometimes just a wish to hear more of something, and then you get missives in your comment section…
