Sorry about leading you on. As Lionne was quick to notice I wrote 800-page instead of the 800-word story. So that was it. And I gather you couldn’t see the card so here I thought I was all good and, really, it was ….I don’t know, I’m having a down kind-of-a night. And I’m not sure why. I feel like either I want to go get another little airplane bottle of Jack Daniels or some more of those chocolates or maybe both. Or maybe go see another movie. I wonder what’s wrong with me that I want to escape. Oh, somebody’s here bye

card is good… and i knew what you meant! i feel the same way- after 12 hours of writing chapter summaries, i realize my novel has a fatal error in the middle somewhere! argh!!!!!!! not enough chocolate in the world!!!! plus supper is done and he is no where near home ……………..
I see the card right in front of me on your site…probably the computer at the hospital was set on something or other, firewalls, and anti-viruses, and such, which would prevent it from showing. I deleted it from the computer at work today, problems there, mostly the location of the office, out in the boondocks, only bus service at rush hour, problematic, anyway, I thought, oh no, it’s because I deleted it, but your image is fine because I uploaded it to my Photobucket account, and its showing beautifully here (& at work, where the computer’s not set to block everything, even beautiful and exuberant Pru HeartCards… -:) I’m a bit tired right now, having worked 8.5 hours without a coffee break, or a lunch break, eating a little at my desk, and, still, they’re upset because I can’t work the hours that I, not they, originally set. Because there’s a bus at rush hour, I want to work 3 full days a week, which is 4.5 hours in transit, versus 10 hours in transit for afternoons only- heck, that’s a whole afternoon’s worth of time! They’re probably going to let me go because I don’t have a car. Sorry to be grumbling- jo-jobs! At least I don’t have to go in tomorrow…
The card is here
I am making you nervous…I am sorry
I make everyone nervous
I *smile*
I meant 4 1/2 hours a week in transit for full days with bus service, versus 10 hours in transit if I come in at noon (after a 2-2.5 kilometer jaunt that’s left my knees not in great shape because it’s down some hills…listen to me grumble!)… xo!
Thanks for the comments. I’m not a talented musician. I can read music, like others can read books. I can’t write music. I love it, but that level of creativity, creating music, is beyond me. I hope it’s different with writing…
I feel like escaping sometimes. I usually smoke some pot and read Dianna Gabeldon books. (I think the first one is called “Cross Stitch” in the states, but it’s called “Outlander” up here). They are excelent excape reading, Mark is even reading them in Paris.
Whiskey is always a good plan as well….oh, yeah, I think I’ll drink some whiskey tonight!
