The following post is protected so if I know you but neglected to put you on the list (sorry) let me know. It’s only protected because I’m too lazy to think up names for people. That gets so confusing for me. I still need to edit it but this is what I wrote on the paper I ordered

I am not on your list. But I mean, do you know me?? I mean, we never really KNOW someone, right? Plus, sometimes I’m not even sure I know myself. I don’t know how to protect posts or make lists or invite friends or respond to invitations, so maybe that’s why I’m not on the list.
Stopping by to wish you well . . .
Good Morning! Thank you for your comments and for sharing. One of the wonderful aspects of Blogville are the women that I have had the honor of meeting here. You are one of the women that I admire and value, and gain so much from your journey, your sharing, and your wisdoms. I do not think I put this passage on my post from Women Who Run with the Wolves. But I love it so much for myself, that I am sharing it with some of my friends here in Xanga. I cannot speak for anyone else, but for me this is such a powerful time in my growth. As an observer, in reading your posts… I see in you a woman unfolding in a beautiful, almost poetic way, and am inspired by your strength, courage, self care, creativity and tenacity.
Hugs to you my friend,
Ashes
“I have heard all the excuses that any woman might knit up: I’m not talented. I’m not important. I’m not educated. I have no ideas. I don’t know how. I don’t know what. I don’t know when. And the most scurrilous of all: I don’t have time. I always want to shake them upside down until they repent and promise to never tell falsehoods again. But I don’t have to shake them up, for the dark man in dreams will do that, and if not he, then another dream actor will.” (p.72)
Thank you for the comment, YES…I need inspiration. And this morning I have been reminded to do those things that nurture and inspire me…such as dance, writing, playing in my art supplies. Big hugs! Ashes
Have a nice weekend, Ydurp!
