It really does work to tackle projects one hour or even just fifteen minutes at a time. Granted, some projects involve long sessions to get anything done… but I was happy with myself just putting some photos that were lying around in a new album, throwing away some trash, making plans for another Goodwill donation run, and packing a single box. I also find that if I find myself getting irritated or depressed, getting up and switching gears by doing something small yet engrossing and productive can really improve my mood.
That makes sense….although i have never heard the term before.
