The last three words, now that I look at the previous post, don’t convey what I was going for. It sounds like I think I’m exciting. I think he thinks I’m exciting but he’d think any woman was. What I meant was that HE’S a good fit.
not “any woman” and, yeah last lines, well, I’m not disagreeing, and I appreciate it. But I’ll probably play with it tomorrow.

Oh good lord, you are exciting! I read it as accuracy not anything more. You are not just any woman. Glad he is a good fit. And I thought about what you said about a character. It may or may not be foreshadowing though. I will suspend any kind of disbelief until I read otherwise. The journey’s outcome or path is still a mystery to enjoy.
I wonder how many times writers have inserted wives and lovers into characters in order to access just the right notes. I bet it’s all of them!
