Wow, time for a reality check. Sometimes I scare myself with the world I create in word and the world I attract, which mirrors it. Maybe that’s it. I just hope I’m not completely whacked by the time the book’s done.
happens- that blur between the life in your mind and life you live… it’s ok tho… it’s just a sign that you are a writer
me too! we’d go out for a glass of wine for you and diet coke for me and talk for hours
it’s my favorite part of the job…
What reality? Is there a reality to check? Must be what I have been overlooking. . . . .
I wasn’t aware that reality checks were even on the menu! and Yes Dave does work his ass off.marilyn
I can’t wait to hear all about it! xo
I got up this morning and read your drunken comment and laughed my ass off. Why oh why aren’t we neighbors?
RYC: Hmmm. Actually I married two. Slow learner. Better check out this guy’s birthday quick!
Reality check? Can I make mine to CASH? hehehe
That is one of the things I find most interesting about people who seriously persue writing: they seemed not quite to have both feet on the ground.
And I’m okay with that. In fact, some times, I’ve found myself envious.
Living in one world is hard…but being able to do that while simultaneously enjoying a/nother world we create is awesome.
Or so I think.I love you…GFW
i’d prefer to be whacked during the process, the end result ends up being so much more interesting.
